We offer you various payment options to choose from. All payment methods, with the exception of payment by installments, are free of any surcharges. We will pay these for you. If you pay in advance by bank transfer, you even save 1% of the shopping cart value. If you miss a payment method or a selected one does not work correctly during the order process, please contact us. With our partner PayPal you have the possibility to pay on account. Even as a new customer and completely risk-free.

With PayPal you can also pay by credit card or direct debit without registering, or of course with a PayPal account using your PayPal balance. You will be redirected to the PayPal page when you complete your order. Please make sure that you complete the payment process completely and successfully. Otherwise your order may not be completed correctly. Once your order and payment have been completed, we will immediately start preparing your order for delivery.

Are you planning a larger purchase, e.g. a play tower or children's loft bed from BIBEX? Pay flexibly over a longer period of between 6, 12 and 32 months. Interest is charged.
Credit card (VISA / Mastercard)
Another secure payment method is payment by credit card. We process this via the secure site of our credit card provider PayPal. Like our other payment options, this one is also absolutely secure and enables carefree shopping. Your order will be processed immediately after positive confirmation of payment and then goes directly to the preparation for delivery. There is no surcharge for payment by credit card.
Invoice (via PayPal)
Easy, convenient payment by invoice - without any additional fees or surcharges. A special invoice window opens during the ordering process. Please note that your order will only reach us correctly if you complete this payment method in full and successfully. There is no payment method surcharge for payment by invoice.
For companies, it is important that you enter the correct spelling of the company name and at least the HRB number correctly in the PayPal payment completion. PayPal checks the data you enter live during the order process. If there are any discrepancies, this unfortunately often leads to error messages and an order being canceled. In this case, please select another payment method.

SEPA direct debit
Simply pay conveniently by SEPA direct debit. Please ensure that you enter your bank details correctly and that your account has sufficient funds. The account will be debited with the full invoice amount within 5 days of the order being placed. Any returned direct debits (even in the event of an objection) will incur processing fees, which we must pass on to you in full. Should you discover any discrepancies or errors in the direct debit, please inform us immediately. We will, of course, immediately reverse any incorrect bookings, cancelations, etc. Once your order and payment have been completed, we will immediately start preparing your order for delivery. The direct debit mandate corresponds to your customer or order number. Only basic direct debits will be executed.
Prepayment (1% discount)
After receiving your automated order confirmation from our merchandise management order acceptance department, we ask you to transfer the entire invoice amount to the account specified in the order confirmation. A 1% discount will be automatically applied to this payment method in the shopping cart. The order confirmation is binding in this case and contains all the important details for the bank transfer. Preparation for delivery of your order will only begin after full payment has been received in our account.
